Your satisfaction is our priority, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns. We guarantee the following warranty coverage for the SF-1 and TF-1 rosin presses: 

• Lifetime end-user support.
• 2 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for frame components and hydraulic components.
• 1 year limited warranty against manufacturing defects for the temperature controller and heating components. After one year, we will fix your temperature controller at the cost of parts, shipping, and labour for another 12 months. 

Hyve Extraction's warranty obligations do not include the following;

• Reasonable wear and tear (examples: dents, scratches).
• Damage or corrosion caused by outdoor elements or outdoor use.
• Machine damage due to improper installation.
• Improper attachment, detachment of hydraulic or heating components.
• Use of unapproved parts or unproved alterations to components.
• Defects or damage caused by misuse, improper electrical power supply.
• Vandalism, negligence, misuse or Force Majeure Events.
• Any mechanical modifications to the original equipment will void the warranty.
• This warranty is eligible for the original purchaser only and is not transferable. 

 If you're having issues with your rosin press that is under warranty, please contact us with detailed information regarding the problem. We will work as quick as we can to get you operational again. If you're having a problem and your warranty has expired, don't worry. We'll do everything in our power to get you affordable replacement parts.
